Our commitment
It is our desire to do whatever we can to protect our natural environment, for the benefit of current and future generations of camping and 4×4 enthusiasts.
Dawnchaser embeds conservation principles into every aspect of our supply chain. From the initial design of our products all the way through to our choices of packaging materials, we focus on minimising the amount of material that ends up in landfill, particularly single-use plastic.
Packaging
Our packaging uses no plastic whatsoever, including foam. Any cardboard used in packaging is recycled, and all inks used in printing are non-toxic and eco-friendly.
Postage
We’ve teamed up with Australian-based company HeapsGood to ensure our postage satchels are 100% home-compostable, and so are our padding materials.
Product Design
Our products are designed to minimise waste. For example, all lithium batteries eventually wear out, and so we designed our lights with a removable battery, meaning you don’t need to replace the whole light to change the battery.
No-Return Warranty
Most warranty claims can be processed with just photos or videos as evidence. We won’t ask you to return the product unless there’s a good reason we need it, meaning you save on a trip to the post office and we reduce our carbon footprint.
