We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all of our products, in case you change your mind after purchase.

Please read the following policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions relating to our money-back guarantee.

Our policy

If you change your mind after making a purchase on our website, we offer a money-back guarantee for 14 days after your order is received. This means that within this period of time, you may return products that meet the following criteria for a refund:

• Are unused, or show no demonstrable signs of usage
• Are in their complete, original, undamaged packaging
• Are appropriately packaged to avoid damage during the return journey
• Include all parts, documentation, manuals etc

To initiate a return under this policy, we require you to first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by completing the form found here.

You are responsible for covering all costs incurred to return the product to us, including packaging, postage fees and insurance.

We may deduct certain items from your refund, such as our outbound shipping cost and transaction fees.

Refunds issued under our money-back guarantee will use the same payment method that was used to purchase the products.
