How long do we take to dispatch an order?
All orders placed before 12pm on business days (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) are shipped same day. Otherwise, they are shipped on the next business day.
How long after dispatch will it take for your package to arrive?
We can’t guarantee a certain delivery timeframe, however here is a guide to how long your package will take to get to various parts of Australia after it is dispatched:
VIC metro: 1-2 business days
VIC regional: 2-3 business days
NSW metro: 1-3 business days
NSW regional: 2-4 business days
QLD metro: 2-4 business days
QLD regional: 3-5 business days
SA metro: 1-3 business days
SA regional: 2-5 business days

Do we offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders over $150 are shipped for free, excluding the following remote postcodes: 0800-0999, 2898-2899, and 6215-6799. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping are charged at our cost.
How can you change your delivery address or other details after ordering?
